Contractor out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in search of first time rehab investor friendly financiers/financing options. Need guidance in searching out the right and appropriate lender for my situation. Any advice for contractors getting into the business of rehab investing is also welcome.

Hey @Alex Cardenas! 

I will send you a PM. There are several local banks in OKC that offer rehab loans. I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but I can at least point you in a direction to start out.
