Private Lender/Hard Money Loan needed

Need help closing a deal. Our Texas Home refinance ran into some delays and we need to find a way to fund the property (roughly $30,000 needed). If you have any contacts on who can help us get a loan closed with private lending or a hard money loan please let me know. Thank you!
