Delayed Financing- LOOKING FOR LENDER
Hi! I'm looking for recommendations for lenders currently doing delayed financing loans. (I purchased a rental property in Nov. with cash and would like to take the cash out and purchase another home).
If you have recent experience, how long did the loan take to process? Did you pay points? What were the total loan fees? My loan would be on a $193k house currently rented for $1500 per month. What rates could I expect to see? I understand that 75% will be the largest loan I will be able to obtain.
