Need a jumbo %10 one time construction loan in Colorado

As the subject says, need a 10% down one time construction loan. please let me know if you know any lenders that can do that.

@Reid R. if you own the land I would imagine there are some that do it. Not enough info here to provide any advice. What is being constructed... who owns the land... is it a hold or a development project.
