Refinance/Creative Cash Out

Hi BP,

Real estate investor with 3 MF, 1SF, 1 Personal Home, 1 Home for a family member. Tax returns show little to no income but cash flow is great. All but one paid off. I am looking to pull cash out of a 1.8M home with no current mortgage but it is the home a family member lives in rent free. All homes owned by separate LLCS. Willing to try to qualify based on tax returns but imagine that is a long shot at best. Who out there lends to high-net worth individuals with 800+ credit?

Yes, I know I can DSCR the rentals but I have to think there are reasonably minded folks out there who lend around 75% on 1.8M and sit back happily as they cash the check each month.

Let me know if you are that person/company or if you know them. Also looking for any other creative options this community thinks up.
