Minimun AFR for Seller financing in Texas

Hello,

Quick question, do I need to put an interest rate on a seller financing deal in Texas to avoid problems with the IRS?

If so, what is the minimum AFR for a 36 months Self Storage deal?

I'll appreciate any help ASAP since I'm about to lose the deal haha
