Creative Financing Deal / Seller Finance
I own an Investment Property, in Garland, TX and I am considering Creative financing options, this is what I have suggested thus far, any additional tips anyone can share?
Existing Loan (Subject-To): $244,452 (buyer takes over)
Seller Carryback Note≈ $61,048
Monthly Note to Seller: (ex. 6.5% interest-only on $61K ≈ $331/mo).
Balloon in 5 Years: ≈ $61,000+ payoff.
