Owner financing for owner occupied house
Hello,
I am trying to purchase a house with owner financing, but I am unsure of what terms to negotiate. I am considering offering the full asking price of the house, a small downpayment (less than 2K), 2% interest rate and 360 months term. Is this to unrealistic? I would appreciate suggestions. Thank you!
