Hi - we're new to the STR world and are looking to start renting a property in Santa Fe, NM. As we build towards that, we'd love some help finding a real estate CPA to guide and advise us. Any suggestions or referrals are welcome.

I found a great Real Estate CPA through a friend of mine that is also a real estate investor and I've now been working with them for 4 years. Reach out if you're still looking. I know how painful the search can be ....

 Sabrina Marie, you opened your Bigger Pockets account in December 2024. At the time you stated that you were looking for an accountant. On this post you stated that you have been working with an accountant for four years. You are obviously a spam account promoting a particular accountant/firm.
