Hi everyone. I will be listing our house in Kennesaw, GA for around 190k. Cash is preferred, or a quick closer as I have another property in my sights  Very soon and would prefer a fellow BPer. I can tell all about the house/ area and upgrades.  I will have pics soon. Tenants just moved out so house is empty. I am a licensed real estate agent in GA.
