Out of State investing in Texas

Hello all I am looking to invest out of State in Texas close to the Dallas area and places like Sachse, Wylie, Richardson, etc. I am also open to other locations within Texas. I am looking for Rockstar Agents, Wholesalers, Lenders, Contractors, Handymen and Property Managers. If there is anyone on here that meets the Rockstar criteria please let me know. I would love to chat and get going on this!
