Is it work getting a Coach or Mentor to Educate

Hello all,

I took the big step and purchased my first Investment Property in Indiana. I closed on the property yesterday, I bought a 1/1 Duplex with a long term tenant already in place on one side with the other side only needing small upgrades to make it rent ready. I was wondering if it is worth it to have a mentor through the next phase of my journey. I am wanting to get into another property yet I do not want to pull anymore money from my HELOC. I was told that I had to wait 6 months before doing a Cash out Refi. So going back to my original question.....

Is it worth having a mentor/coach to educate me on how to move forward with acquiring more properties? If so where do look?

Thank you

Eric
