Oh wow, are you still able to do 90 LTV on the purchase even in the current market? (Most other HMLs I heard were doing 85 LTV).

@Eric Yu You're absolutely right. We are one of the very few groups still offering 90% LTC. However, amid market conditions, we do limit leverage in certain zip codes but most major metro areas which aren't seeing serious price declines are eligible for max leverage.
