Recommendation for Title company

My partner and I are looking to invest in Pennsylvania area, particularly in the Philadelphia area. Can anyone recommend a title company that knows how to do assignment deals/transaction in that area?

@Chris Leung I always use Aaron Abstract. Janene is awesome. A lot of people use Prosperity Abstract as well, but I find the experience better with Aaron.
