Seeking a private lender for a flip in 2nd position
Have a single family property under contract and looking to secure funds to close. Have a loan in place/approved that will take first position and has a term of 1 year. Ideally, would like to speak with someone who has access to a credit line or funds to put to work at disposal.

Most hard money lenders do not think of a second as an attractive source of business. Why don't you do an as is as repaired loan that will give you a loan according to its future value. I have a great hard money guy that can do anything but will not do a 2nd mortgage. Good luck and if you need any help in appraising or reading your report I would love to assist you.
