Off Market Deals in metro Detroit (Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Washtenaw Counties)

Hello, here is our buying criteria:

We will buy in Oakland, Wayne, Macomb and Washtenaw Counties:

- We will buy in high desirable area of Detroit (Bagley, Martin Park, Sherwood Forest, Morningside, East English Village, Grandmont, Rosedale Park)

- Washtenaw County- Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor.

- Anything under $350K ARV

- Will not buy a house with no basement, no garage and 2 bedrooms

- Will buy anything with minor to major rehab work

- Will also buy multi-family or industrial buildings.

- If you are a real estate agent and come across any off-market deals, if we buy your deal and rehab it. You will get the listing wen ready to list.
