Looking for a mentor in San Diego/Chula Vista California

Hello,

Currently living in San Diego and have been seeing some success through Airbnb on my primary residence and managing another property in UTC for family. Looking to spend more time in active REI by purchasing my first multi-family in San Diego or Chula Vista area in California. Before that I want to get some perspectives from the community so was looking to see if any investors around here that would be willing to connect.
