Looking for new property management company in Detroit, MI

Hi,
I currently own 4 properties in Detroit, MI and I'm considering switching to a new property management company.
Any recommendation on reliable property management companies in the area? Also, any landlord association you'd recommend I join to become more familiar with laws, companies in the area.
My priority is tenant management/screening, repairs, rent collection and the ability to manage everything online (minimizing email/call inquiries for us).
