Hope the Holiday Season has been good to everyone!

I have been calling several small banks in Maryland looking for a portfolio lender that will loan on properties I plan to purchase, renovate, and resell. I have not had much luck.

Anyone know of a bank that does this sort of lending, one that will lend both acquisition and rehab costs?
