Looking for Hard Money Lending - Hospitality Loan

Hello,

Does anyone know of any Hard Money Lenders who offer hospitality loans for restaurants?  I'm looking to assist my uncle with one of his commercial properties in Washington, DC (H Street).  Unfortunately, I've had no luck finding a Hard Money option for this type of project.
