HELOC or Portfolio Refi in LLC

Hi all. We have several properties in the Indianapolis area in a series LLC. Some have loans, some are free and clear. Are there any lenders who will either do a HELOC on a single property, or a portfolio HELOC or cash out refi, with them in the LLC?

Thanks!

Certainly, I've dabbled in portfolio loans in my time, and let me tell you, they're as smooth as butter... until you hit that roadblock of needing to sell a house. That's when you realize you're in a sticky situation due to cross-collateralization. As for HELOCs, I'm not entirely sure who's playing that game at the moment. However, if you find yourself in the hunt for a portfolio lender, don't hesitate to reach out. I've got the connections to put you on the right track. Trust me, I'm your guy!
