Fix and flipper looking to add lenders to team

Hello BP Community! 

I am a fix and flip investor doing deals in OKC, Tulsa, DFW, Houston, SA, KC, Tampa, St. Pete. 

I am looking to add HML as well as gap lenders to my team as we continue to expand our operations and take on more projects.

Main focus is HML, Private funding for purchase prices lower then 75k. Most homes we get locked up in KC and OKC, Tulsa are cheaper than most HML 75k minimum PP so we are looking for others we can work with when we get these types of deals locked up.

We are looking for Gap lenders that are interested in funding our cash to close on all transactions with a ROI anywhere between 13-18%.
