In need of advice about land/development in the PNW
Hello,
We own about 25 acres of subdividable land (RRR1/5 - rural residential resource) 10 minutes from Olympia WA. Our surveyor just told us if we do a residential development, the county allows us to build one home per acre as long as a 40% portion of it is preserved (wetlands). The potential ROI is roughly over $3M.
Our question is: How can we find partners to join this type of development effort? We don't have the funds or expertise to develop, but in reading BP posts, it looks like that shouldn't be a deterrent!
Any help would be appreciated!
