Selling two of my rental properties in western suburbs of Chicago

I am looking to do a 1031xchange and am willing to sell several of our multi-units. We have one duplex (own both sides and are sold as one pin number), the other is a 3-flat. These properties are located to the west of Naperville (as it was the closest location available for selection above).

I have attached the Zillow link as that is the easiest format to "share." 

Feel free to email, ask questions.  Run your numbers and come up with what works for you.  Let me know and if that is a number we can make work as well, then we are happy make a deal.  For us, it is simply a numbers game to see if we can make our new acquisition.  If it works for both of us, excellent.  If not, no worries.

Both of these are in very nice towns, walking distance to the downtown area, close to the Fox river and Metra Train.

I do have one other property that is not actively listed.  It is a 2-flat in St Charles.
