Illinois - Real Estate - Looking for someone to Assume Mortgages
Hello,
I'm looking to sell my properties and I want to sell by property going through the assume mortgage route.
My properties are located in zip code 60107 & 60123.
One is a multifamily - 2 unit - 60123 - 3.5% FHA mortgage
Second is a single family - 60107 - 5.875% conventional loan
Let me know if anyone is interested with further details. I'm not looking for an agent. I already have an agent just looking for an alternative option.
