Looking for Turnkey Investment Property Companies

Hello!
My husband and I have bought 2 properties through Black Belt Investors in Ohio. We would like to purchase a 3rd property in another state. We are looking for turnkey homes to invest in. We are looking for homes around $100,000. We have looked into Rent to Retirement, but it looks like their homes outside of Ohio might be out of our price range. We are currently looking more in Mid-South Home Buyers, but we were wondering if you know of any other companies that do similar work to Rent to Retirement, Mid-South Home Buyers, or Black Belt Investors outside of Ohio.
