Looking for low-risk investment/silent partner for reducing business taxes
Hey Everyone,
I'm new to the real estate industry and looking for residential/commercial property that would provide enough cash flow to cover monthly expenses plus some extra. My primary objective is to reduce the tax liability (via depreciation) of my business, and it seems like the only substantial way is with real estate. I would prefer to keep it as low risk as possible as I'd like to focus my attention towards the business instead of worrying about the real estate (if that's possible). I'd be open to a silent partnership if that's a feasible option.
Price Range: $100k-350k
