Looking for a real state mentor

Hello,

I have bought my first property in Toronto Ontario Canada, which has potential for rental, fix and flip or BRRRR, but I dont know what should I really do with it or what is the best way forward.

Are there mentorship programs in Biggerpockets website or any suggestion where I can find a mentor who can consult and guide me through financial progress on this path,
