Funding for note deals.
I am looking for funding for notes secured by residential or commercial real estate. I am a note investor and have worked for a loan brokerage firm for the last 3 years. I have access to performing and non-performing loans from banks, fix and flip hard money lenders, and other note investors I have built relationships with.
