Selling cash flow positive MFH in Pittsburgh Area

Hi all,

I am selling an investment property MFH in Pittsburgh area to buy my own home in NC. Any leads is appreciated. Lots of improvement were done when I first bought it because I thought I'd be in Pittsburgh long term.
