RE attorney recommendation for transferring property into LLC

Hi BP community, I'm looking to connect with a real estate attorney, preferably in Orange County, who can advise on transferring a newly acquired rental property in Southern California into a LLC. The property has been acquired using a traditional lender hence the due-on-sale clause can potentially be an issue. Thanks in advance.

@Mazyar M.

I can give you referrals in San Diego if you're interested in working remotely or commuting a little bit.
