House Hacking in St. George Area

Hey there! I'm a first-time home buyer who is looking to start house hacking. I met with an agent who set up a multilisting search for me, and I just met with a mortgage lender today to learn about getting prequalified. After texting my brother about it (he's currently house hacking back in Chicago with my other brother), he recommended going on BiggerPockets and reaching out for advice that's more specific to what I want to do.

I'm looking for an agent and a lender who are both familiar with house hacking in the St. George area. Someone who understands my goals and is willing to work with me to achieve them. My work is here, so I'm not looking to move too far away. The multifamily homes I've seen here are too expensive for a first-time buy, and I don't really want to live with my tenants. I'd rather keep the spaces separate, if possible.

Anyway, I hope I'm not posting this in the wrong place! Not trying to spam or clutter. Just a dude looking for a house to hack.

Welcome to the BiggerPockets forums @Harry De Luca

Are there any other cities around St. George Utah that you can add to this post to get some more local investors' eyes on it?

Also, consider checking out some local networking events and joining some real estate Facebook groups.

P.s. Connect me with your brother if he is Chicago!

We already are! Haha
