Multifamily Property Under Contract looking for Private Money

My team and I have several properties in IL and HI. We are expanding to other states with the same multifamily investment model. We're looking for private lenders to help with downpayment and closing costs. Ideal terms would be 3-5 yr, either balloon or monthly interest payments. The property is under contract, so will need capital in the next 60 days. Please let me know fi you're interested.
