Looking for DSCR lender or Advice

Michael Field
Posted

I am looking to purchase a property for 220,000 (amount due on the loan) that is worth 600,000 as is from an individual. This is a duplex that is currently bringing in short rental income consistently and I will continue renting this home after purchase.

I do have a BK that was discharged over 2 years ago. Credit score is 700 and down payment is not a problem. Looking to do this quickly..

Quote from @David Chung:

The BK is an issue to discuss - what type of BK (Ch 7 or 13?)? Over 2 years ago great, but is it over 4 years ago?  Also, where is the property in question?  Call or email me to discuss, or visit our website for more information.  If I can't lend, I can still provide advice.

David,

I tried calling but didn’t seem to get through. The property is located in NC. I know that some companies are 4 years with the chapter 7 BK, but unfortunately I’m only at 26 months from discharge.
