Acredited Investors, looking for a key principal/Equity Partner for this one. 76-units MF thats in Charlotte NC MSA. asset class, class-A with tremendous upside potential. currently price Per in this market is $196K Per Door, seller is offering $155K Per Door. in place rents are a bit below market can be bumped up market price. message me fotr further details. thanks
