Lending for land and new construction townhomes

Hi BP,

I am currently looking for investor friendly lenders for land purchase and new construction. I have talked to a few in the past and I want to get all the information I can before I choose a lender. I am needing to finance 4 townhome builds with owner occupancy of one (or two with second investor) once they are finalized. The major questions is, does owner occupancy matter for new construction when it comes to rates? I've been receiving mixed feedback.

Thanks all for any information and/or contacts you are able to provide.

Regards,

Angelo
