Seeking mentorship on my first wholesale deal

I am seeking mentorship to assist on closing my first wholesale deal. I have done the research on the property and also the area surrounding and the market area is great with recently flipped and sold homes .This is a great deal but I am unsure about some things regarding the clerical work for Michigan. I look forward to speaking with someone and getting better insight to help me close my first wholesale deal .
