Hi everyone,

I am starting to invest in Jacksonville, FL, specifically starting in 32206. I am looking for an investor-friendly agent who can help me with what neighborhoods in this zip code investors are investing in and find deals. I am looking for 3 bed 1 bath single family homes between 1,000 - 1,500 sqft, under $100k that I can BRRRR.
