I am an investor located in Westchester, New York. Looking to invest in Syracuse

My goal: Looking to close on 3-4  small multi family homes in the C to B+ areas

Level of rehab: Cosmetic - moderate

I am currently looking for Property Managers and General Contractors in the area. For contracting, I am looking to have a few cosmetic repairs and moderate repairs. Please comment with any recommendations.
