Property Manager recommendation - Detroit

Corentin Morel
Posted

Good Morning,

First let me wish you all a Merry Christmas !

I’m a Switzerland based investor and 3 years ago I bought a multi family property in Detroit in order to rent it out via a Management company.

Since the acquisition of the property, the property never produce any income whatsoever due to non paying tenant, multiple eviction and poor tenant communication (hard to get detailled feedback on a tenant situation or Eviction status except “eviction on going” when I ask for it)

The property seems to still have good rental potential and I would be sad to sell it as it’s completely paid off.

I’m currently looking for a good property management company in Detroit who can professionally handle the situation and get back my property on track.

Good Communication with the tenant (don’t hesitate to go to the property if the tenant doesn’t answer phone or email), reactivity, good reporting and High level of professionalism are really important for me.

After 3 years of Bad experience I really need to get back on track.

Any recommendation ?

Thank you and have a wonderful day !
