Hi there,

Hope you are having great holidays. I am looking to pickup value add properties (to Flip/BRRR) in my area and hence looking for investor friendly contractor recommendations in Snohomish and Puget Sound WA counties.

Any referrals are greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Sanjai

I'm assuming you mean contractors that are:

- Below retail cost

- Available on short notice

I'm sure by now you have realized good contractors are hard to come by and investor friendly even harder to find. Getting on their calendar is tough especially you are not doing volume with them and asking for below retail prices. Best of luck.
