reno/new development investor needed preapproval already set
Reno and new development on one location 2 buildings currently included, totallying 23,000 sqft plus 4.1 acres and a development plan for 5 additional buildings.
the buildings will be priced to move.
margins are great!
options are pre purchase one of the buildings for a below market price and we renovate it during the development build.
option 2. 20% investment payout monthly for 1 year then money returned.
option 3. 10% equity in the development company.
