Hello All

First things first. I am brand new to Real Estate investing. More specifically fix and flipping and long term rentals in the Orlando FL. I am seeking an experienced investor to help me find deals and possibly partner with me on those deals so I can see the process and grow as an investor / fix and flipper. I have capital to make deals tomorrow if needed (I put this in the middle of the post so serious people who read the post can know I am serious too). I need the guidance and someone to go with me to the properties and analyze the deals and show me what to look for.
