Private Money Partner needed for portfolio purchase in Cleveland.

My team and I are seeking a private money partner to invest in an entire portfolio of SFR and Duplex/Triplexes! About 48 properties in all! We have HML fighting over this deal. We just need someone to cover the 25% and $15k upfront appraisal cost, possibly cover some or all of the closing costs. PMP will get a fair piece of the equity split. Still waiting on some details from seller but I can send you everything we have so far. Initial purchase price is right below 2M so we need around $600k. The rest of members have a mountain of experience and will handle management of assets, and optimizing cash flow. You just sit back and watch your ROI grow!
