Need contractor to finish Cape Coral build

Hello- I have a house going up in Cape Coral that is close to done but the builder can't seem to get it finished.

Any contractor recommendations to get storm shutters up and final inspections done so I can get this project complete? 

Those are the last two things that need to happen.
