Need tried rental agent and property manager in Columbia/ Lexington sc

Hello everyone,

I am about to close my first rental property around Columbia / Lexington SC! Since I don’t live here personally, I would request any pointers or connections towards trusted rental Property management person or company I can rely on! I plan to add more rental properties in this area so looking for long term association!

How much is general rent possibility (Ball Bark estimate) in your opinion / experience for 3 Bed single family or townhome in - 

1. Lexington

2. Columbia

3. Lugoff / Elgin

4 Sumter

Just ballpark (will vary widely based on condition, location)

Lexington: $1,200 - $2,400

Columbia: $1,350-$3,300

Lugoff/Elgin: No idea

Sumter: I wouldn't buy there
