Looking for Attorney for Seller Financed Deal

I'm selling a commercial property in Miami. The buyer is hiring an attorney to prepare the contracts (purchase agreement, promissory note, etc).  

I'm looking for an attorney familiar with Florida laws and FL real estate to help me ensure the contracts are fair and balanced and that they protect me in case of default.

The sale price is about 300K.
