Special Lender recommendation - 1 parcel w/ 3 homes, 1 commercial building & business
Hello!
I'm looking for a lender recommendation to finance a unique property south of Tacoma, WA. There are three single-family homes on one parcel (one is the property owner's residence, the other two are leased out to tenants), and there is also a commercial building currently being used as a restaurant. The property owner would like to sell the real estate plus the restaurant business. Is there a lender type that could cover a deal with this level of complexity?
