Hey Alexei, I own 12-doors in Detroit right now (from California). 

I also work with a turnkey company that offers internal property management. While I self-manage my rentals today, I'll be starting to transition to our turnkey org to take over management for me. We have over 400 doors in Detroit today, all with clients that have worked with us on the acquisition and through doing BRRRR's from out of state.
