Upcoming Webinar Series

As a regular poster on the forums, I've come to notice certain topics tend to receive a great deal of attention. I try to chime in when I can, particularly when I observe or anticipate answers I suspect will do more harm than good.  However,  it is difficult to provide comprehensive answers along with addressing related issues that can arise if a more proactive or forward looking approach to the initial question is considered. Therefore I began to compile a list of topics I will cover as part of a series of $30 webinars over the course of the summer as a cost effective method of providing thorough overviews to the subject matter. This is a running list of topics I intend on discussing, but please direct message me with any subjects I comment on regularly in the forums where additional insight is requested. I just created a social media presence as well, which can be followed through my BP profile. I intend on providing free tips and keep subscribers informed of future webinar dates.
As always, I am also available for for 1:1 consultations related to specific matters. Looking forward to adding value to your business!

  1.  How to vet syndications and passive real estate investment opportunities.
  2.  Everything you need to know about indemnification and insurance relationships between owners and service providers.
  3.  How owners should vet and approach property management engagements and property management contracts.
  4.  How owners should vet and approach GC engagements and contracts.
  5.  How to remain in control of your projects when hiring a 3rd party General Contractor.
  6.  Understanding the contractual relationships from General Contractors to Sub Contractors/Vendors and how to manage these relationships.
  7.  How to operate your entity in a manner that offers the greatest protection.
  8.  How to vet construction lenders and select the lender with the best loan product and terms.
